  • Start with a normal shower for a few minutes after the break of putting the soap on your body, reduce the temperature and remove the soap from your body, this action keeps you in movement, calm your breath. Stay a minimum of 30 seconds under the cold water. 
  • Have a normal shower but this time finish with 60 – 90 seconds of a cold shower.
  • Dive in and go cold from the off. Psych yourself up and know you’ll feel great afterward. Remember, it’s only the first 10 seconds that are tough. Keep at it for 4 – 8 minutes before reaping the benefits for the rest of the day.
